  2. lovely photographs of your home - as always ! you do have a good eye, which suppose is why you have such pretty and stylish home.
I am now on my 3rd frame or medallion quilt, it's almost ready for 'sandwiching'. i am nowhere near as fast as you because i do stick to doing the whole thing by hand, it really seems to work best for me and I can be much more accurate that way. My machine piecing is pretty bad indeed. I am also making blocks for quirky sampler quilt a la Gwen Marston, no idea when i will have enough of those to make quilt top. Do you find when you have finished a quilt that there is something, a fabric, a shape, something, that you wish you'd done differently ? this happens to me every single time and so draws me on to make another and another. My friends and family love it ! funny thing is if i see one i made earlier some way along the line i find myself thinking 'wow that's pretty nice quilt, why did i dislike it ? ho hum !
am also knitting pair after pair of socks [i think i could knit a sock in my sleep ] while working my way through the output of netflix. it's been Homeland this week, just finished series 2 and i don't think they have 3 yet !!
i have also started a debbie bliss baby jacket pattern for a family baby due in may an d have realised that i have made a mistake and will have to pull it back. argh !
    happy tuesday xx

    1. Wow! You sound so much like me...I always feel a bit disappointed with my fabric choices after finishing a quilt. Not all of them, but there'll be one or two that I say "why in the world did I put that there"? But like you said, later I'll look at it and think it's great! I don't know...and, isn't homeland amazing!?!?!?!? I looooved it and can't wait for season 3. Sorry you have to rip out the little sweater...yuck! Thanks for commenting, and enjoy your crafting :)
